New owner s3 revo stage 2+ need help

The car has Full milltek Exhaust, Forge intercooler, RS4 valve, Lomba high pressure full pump, Forge blow of valve ,evolution motorsports 2.0t tsi v-flow intake.

320 WHP

Fast car but i think it needs a brake upgrade what are the best kits for their money out there?

And what could we do for some more power?

There are unfortunately very few if any cheap brake kits.

The cheapest will be from DaveB who can be found here sometimes via N8,and Yellow Speed,that a couple of people here use.
The next up would be the RS kit,which is basically a Brembo kit,and is pretty good at around £1500.

The best I've had is the AP kit on the front,and Forge(which I think is K-Sport) on the rear.
That's pretty expensive at over £2k for the front alone,but very effective.

Power.....to get more from the stock turbo is pointless as it's pretty much maxed out,so a TTE420 would be an easy upgrade,and would take you a bit over 420bhp,and would not need an engine build to make use of it.

For anything over 440lbs,you should consider a full engine build,and then things get very costly.
To get to 500bhp you would be looking at around £7-8k,with a big turbo and ancillaries plus an engine build.

600bhp is do-able,and reliable(see my thread for that).
