B7 New owner! Hello everyone. Help needed though...

Thanks for having me! Just bought an b7 RS4 after quite a long search. 56k and a full Audi history, recently carbon cleaned and drc appears to be well (but I know coilovers may be on the to do at some point)

There's something spoiling a bit of the fun though... 1st gear sounds a little bit different from the rest. If I maintain a constant speed around 2.5k rpm there is a noise not dissimilar to a quiet low frequency wheel bearing. Its frequency increases with the revs. Dip the clutch or move up to second gear and it disappears. Gearbox feels great as you would expect at 50k miles. Anyone had or have anything similar in theirs?

Not really sure what the problem could be, do you know if the clutch has been changed as i believe they go at the 40k mark.
I can only advise going to a VAG specialist, hope it gets sorted so you can enjoy the car.
