New rules will be introduced from May 2018 categorizing them Dangerous, Major and minor. First two will result in MOT failure and minor will be added under advisory notes. All this is irrelevant to me though as I try to keep car in prestine condition. What makes me worrying is dpf removal as it will result in straight failure as well. Now how are we going to get around this especially all stage 2+ owners. Rant over!!!
Just making it harder for drivers of older cars again....no change there then. I'm taking my old bus in for its MOT a month earlier this year just to be on the safe side....i'll deal with 2019 when it comes round.
This Euro 5 & 6 dpf equipped vehicles , older Euro 3 derv are an unchanged Batmobile 3.00 smoke opacity mean value .
