Hi
Bought myself a 2012 "facelift" A4 Quattro SE Technik Avant a couple of months ago.
This seems likely a friendly knowledgeable forum so thought I ought to join
Previously I had a Subaru Legacy Diesel which is similar to the A4 Quattro being an AWD diesel estate. I was very pleased with that but unfortunately the early Subaru diesels have reliability issues and the petrols are thirsty and slightly lack any "go" (apart from the STIs and imports which are very rapid but also very thirsty).
The A4 seems quite quick with its 177BHP. I managed to get it just before the snow came so had a couple of "plays" to see how the AWD coped with the snow. Being in the south of the country we don't get a lot of snow but I hate the thought of being stuck at home and not being able to go out and about.
