The bottom one is just a photoshop edit of the current S4. All they've done is put the grille off the A6 onto an S4. The remainder of the car is identical to the existing model.

Yes, can see that now. If you compare the tapered door cills on the first photo they do not appear on the last...

So is the 2nd pic genuine as it came from the same source?
