Good choice mate, thinks it's needed on the rs3, you not thought about the black wheels, I went the same as you first then changed
I have but can't justify the money.
I'm actually tempted to go the standard silver.
then when it arrives stick it on my dads 2poster while I do the gtechniq c1 and exo combo and give the wheels over to get done gloss black for 300 quid.

That's a good shout, I originally considered going standard and then doing the wheels satin black as I preferred them to the gloss. That's how I had them on my tt rs and loved them. Gloss black wheels seem to look f*cked after a while!
I know getting to me tho. Lol

Just don't get that what joy can you get from scratching someone else's pride and joy? Looks mighty fine though apart from the scratch.

Hi, thanks guys for your empathy. Although it's kept off public road, I'm going to rent a garage now. As soon as its in there I'll get the bonnet re sprayed. I've been told I need to get the whole bonnet re sprayed. Any tips about this?

If I ever get the opportunity to get an RS3, first purchase will be a dash cam that records movement when parked up. Maybe something you should consider to help catch anyone messing with the motor plus if there's an accident you don't want people assuming you're at fault just because it's a fast car.

A man has been arrested after a £100k Aston Martin in Hackney was keyed, said the Met Police.
The incident was filmed by a camera on the car's dashboard. It happened at about 10;30 BST on 19 June on Morning Lane.
In the film, a man manoeuvres a pram before appearing to take keys from his pocket and scrape them down the passenger side of the vehicle.
Damage caused to the vehicle has been estimated at £9,000.
Worth thinking about dash cams

That's the first pic of Nardo with the standard wheels I've seen
STUNNING!!Standard wheels look great. I wish they did wider fronts on all silver! I don't want diamond cut

First picture I have seen too of nardo with black pack ,standard wheels and standard mirrors.
