So today didn't quite go to plan. Collection was booked for 10am but I didn’t get in the car until gone 1pm. Basically due to the phone booster issue Audi UK hadn’t released the car so the dealership couldn’t tax it. They were extremely apologetic and by way of compensation gave me £250 in accessory vouchers. So back home for a coffee and went shopping on the Audi website. I’ll soon be awash with Audi branded accessories! Then during the handover I noticed a 2cm scratch across the main brushed aluminium trim piece that runs along the dash below the main screen. Again dealer was very apologetic and it’s already booked in for a replacement trim piece to be fitted. So not ideal but overall I’m extremely happy. Now I just need to figure out how it all works!
