Needing some help with a recent retro fit

I've recently purchased a full s4 super sports interior door cards included they are the full electric heated and memory seats plugged them all in and the only problem I am having is with the memory part of things the memory buttons on the door card illuminate but don't work and when I plug the vcds into the car (rosstech lead and software) and I try to find channel 36 drivers seat memory it buy can't connect to the module so i unplugged the four plugs and going into the red plug there are three skinny wires and I have looked and the three pins that they would connect to are missing, so my question is how do I go about retro fitting the memory function to my car thanks to anyone that can help or point me in the right direction

Did a quick Google search. I think This has come up before and it's not a 5 minute job.
