Need someone to program a used ECU to my car (Manchester)

Hi all,

As the title states I am looking for someone in the Manchester area to program a used ECU to my car.

I was going to look for a company but didnt know if you should be contacting and auto electrician or one of these ECU specialised companies. I search for ECU programming and all that comes up is companies to do remaps.
