Need help guys

Hey sorry i aint been on here for a while had a lot on at work.
But was driving my a4 the other day and it suddenly lost all drive. I think its either the gearbox and/or diff. Its a 1.8 non turbo avv engine and cant find a suitable gearbox for it. Does anyone know what gearboxes will fit it or how hard it would be to put a 20v turbo in. And roughly how much it would cost me to get someone to put it in for me. Miss the beast already

Manual or auto ?? Putting a 1.8T requires pretty much a full 1.8T, the answer is buy a 1.8T !

Look on the chassis sticker in boot or service book to see what the gearbox code is.

But as i said its probably easier to buy a 1.8T and swap bits to that than vice versa.

Also you say its lost all drive ??

How are the gears, clutch pedal feeling any noises when this happened etc ??
