N249 help

[Audi_A31.8T]

Looking at my car today and the n249 bypass which was done by previous owner looked all wrong so started to remove it all and start again!
Where is the best place to get vaccum from? As I feel it's making my car run poor the way it's set up atm

also there is 1 pipe that runs from near the water bottle across the injectors and looks like it goes toward the turbo can I re do this so I can remove the metal pipe work on the side of the engine!
i have read loads if thread but as I'm starting half a Job it's hard to follow

Ok looking at my inlet mani an I can now see what there was no vac pipes there the nipples have snapped can these be replaced or would it be easier to get a used inlet off eBay?
