Just picked at 53 plate Cab, and on the front brake discs, the PO has fitted new pads but the not the disc. So, on the nearside front disc, the outer half of the disc is clean and the inner half of the disc is rusty and not being touch by the pad.
The brakes work but they are not as effective as they should be.
Whats the best course of action to remedy this? Strip and clean the caliper, slider and carrier? Replace the disc and pads with brand new?
Any other pointers?
