Mystery rumble...flywheel?

Good morning all

Been quiet lately, busy with house move and the usual...

Seems like one thing after another with my car at the moment. Got some bushes replaced to cure a wheel wobble and car was driving beautifully for a few weeks.

It's developed a mysterious rumble/rough idle. Basically, on idle in park or neutral there is a rumble for a few seconds and then it goes and idles smooth again, then it makes the noise and the noise comes with slight increase in vibrations from the engine.

The flywheel was replaced by the previous owner with one from TPS, I'm worried it may be shot again but so soon? (I've done about 10k miles at most)...

Any advice is much appreciated

Does the noise go when you press the clutch ?

the car is DSG so i can't do that test unfortunately.

the noise is deffo there in park and neutral....

Mine does this, as does the other one we have, haven't had any issues thus far.

fingers crossed mate...i really don't want anything else to go wrong on the car as i want to keep it and do the other technology we've discussed so often, rather than spend money fixing mechanical stuff
