Anyone experiencing issues with the app. Mine hasn’t updated for a week. Reported to Audi Tech yesterday but haven’t heard anything from them.

Mine eventually returns the following error after an update.

Yes been having the same issue with the same error code. It seems to be a logging in issue when I try logging in it says session failed but still shows me logged in

I have had issues, logging in issues to start with. Contacted support, who fixed that then my service history was all over the place wrong places / country’s. Audi got that sorted after a lot of emails. Now waiting on them to fix the additional info part.
They are very helpful and get back to you.

Update
Sod’s Law car booked into dealer this morning and randomly starts updating today with no interaction from me.
Maybe a server issue

I found logging out. Removing app then re downloading worked
