Hi all...

Posting here as I can’t see a relevant sub-forum that reflects this issue. As my sig shows, I’m a B9.5 RS4 Vorprung owner.

I have the most up to date version of the MyAudi iOS app (28th October 2020 - v3.21.2). Although I haven’t opened the app in a few days (car isn’t getting much use due to the latest lockdown measures), I have checked in today after putting 30 or so miles on the clock and filling up to see the series of vehicle images on the landing screen have disappeared as per the screen shot attached.

Have force-closed the app and rebooted the device without success. I haven’t uninstalled / reinstalled the app.

Anyone else having the same experience?

Mine are currently still showing, my issue is that the car fails whenever I log in as a new user. But the app shows the basic info okay.

Mine shows all the normal info but, when I checked the version info, it says v3.21 although, according to the Play Store, the latest version is your v3.21.2 but no update is offered so I'm not really sure what is happening.
 
And....breathe..
App deleted and reinstalled.
The oil level data is still woeful, though.

Give Audi Digital Services a call - 0800 279 2884 - most calls answered in Greece. They were very helpful while I was tearing my hair out Jul/Aug this year after acquiring the RS4 and had all sorts of MMI & app issues.
They also have a great ‘back camera’ option using your mobile’s rear camera so you can show them directly from the cockpit what the issues are and get real-time guidance to fix them.
