My S line so far...

Brief rundown of whats gone on so far! Not much so far but looking for subtle changes and upgrades!
Found a great example a 55reg 2.0 tdi S-line with 69k on the clock!

First thing was ordered the wheels! ( even though they seem to pop up everywhere) They work with the car so well!

While they got ordered and dispatched (next day - stanceduk, awesome friendly service) i de bagded the rear of the car

So obviously i had a test run the wheels to check fitment!

After the wheels arrived, Coils shortly after while i decided on tyres!!

Then the tyres came.... opted a larger size than most would as wanted to retain some of the Audi comfort!

Had a diferent coloured rear lense so ordered a new one! (no pics yet but you get the picture)

And heres the look so far - even whipped out the SLR!

Spacers have been ordered for the front

Looks great, been toying with the idea of those wheels myself. Are they 18" or 19" ? Tyre stretch looks good too what size did you go for?

tail lights been done as you can see in the SLR shots at the end

as for 3sdm there 18x8.5 and 18x9.5. Tyres are 225/40 and 235/40.
Could have gone for a smaller size but still wanted comfort. They rub ever so slightly on big bumps with the kids in the car, had a look and it's the inside that it rubs on! So may try smaller tyres all round.

coils I wanted fk but they didn't have any so went JOM, And if I'm honest id buy them again! There really good and go plenty low enough! The rears as low as it will go but the adjuster is in still.and the fronts have loads left.

Cheers, think I'm going to get the FK Highsports, read some good reviews of them too. Loving the wheels, I like a set in 19" or some BBS LM reps.

Strangely enough, my right side has a different colour rear lens as your left side was pictured above?

Where did you get a new light from and how much if you don't mind me asking?

I have no idea why mine was a different colour! I got mine from eBay genuine part a whole £35 delivered! Bargin! I still have the tinted one!

Cheers bud, they're 18x8.5 et45 and 18x9.5 et 40 the rears poke slightly and up front I've got some 13mm spacers to put on! Depending on your model you may need 5mm to clear the brakes! Got them from stanceduk next day delivery and very helpful service! Highly recommended.

This is look fresh, like the subtle but agressive look of the wheels man. Low's then Wheels make such a dramatic change...

Keep an eye on this. What spec's the car inside, any nice toys?

Not overly spec'd inside, don't want to stray too far from oem so will look into an rns-e maybe, and looking into some leather / cloth combo. Got the dual climate and an aftermarket kits for my iPhone to play which is all hidden away. Not overly clued up as to what comes with them from factory though.

Sounds good man, yeh I agree keeping mine OEM as much as possible. RNS is looking likely or a flush no-button double din to keep things looking clean and simple. What did you get for your iPhone install? 'xcarlink' by any chance?

Those rear lights look good too, considered tinting the clear bits red?

I've only just got the rear lights so at the moment there fine, if I bet get fed up or bored ill put my standard lenses on them!

plate filler I got from tps, although you'd best off knowing what part you want as they hadn't a clue untill they looked up the number I gave them. There's different colours and also one for s-line and non s! Surly wouldn't matter if was front parking sensors as te number plate covers the whole of that area any way?

Oh jesus different colours? I new there was chrome or black line options (you've got chrome) or is that what you meant?

its a direct replacement just in stead of where the number plate goes its the same level, they do the plates in the link with part numbers : AudiWorld Tech Articles

rear lense swap isn't as simple I don't think, although ivE never done it. Apparently the OEM ones need to be cut off more than heated. But aftermarket are glued from what I can tell.
