Its a OD HTA GT3582r Turbo full spec rated at 700+bhp thought its not going to make that as i'll be happy with over 600bhp

Bill said he prefers the HTA over the GTX turbos with better spool but i'm stepping up from a GT30 to GT35 I wanted more power so i hope with turbo will be better than the GTX

HTA billet wheel and owens backplate... plus looks like they use a 'bullet' style shaft nut to aid airflow... Bill has an OD HTA 3071 in for a customer at the moment... they are nice turbos and should help spool etc...

I would have done this if I had the extra cash but will get what I have up and running first then look to do a billet upgrade next year maybe...

Nice one Andrew :)

you might want to sit down, relax and break out the lube for this one

Did you get the metal cage bearing fitted or is it still the std Garrett plastic cage bearing?

Very nice mate, after seeing the difference between mine and James lcr billet 3071's on very simular specs it was very clear if I ever changed that hta or simular would be the favoured comp wheel

Can't wait to see it running :)

Only shame about this turbo is that it's not on show on a sidewinder in place of a headlight with no tip or filter :)

Do the 30 and 35 turbos use the same housings? what ar is it?

And do you plan on keeping the Cts mani? What's your opinion of it, good and bad?
Sorry for all the questions lol

35 has bigger turbine wheel to my 30 so housing needs boring out. It's a 0.82 A/R exhaust housing.

CTS manifold seams to flow well so I'll keep it as I know monster performance ran one on there 700+ bhp s3 and that was still running a 38mm waste gate. I'm going 44mm Tail water cooled waste gate next.
