Cleaned my car last week, spent all day doing the outside and was very happy with it. I have only been in my car once since i cleaned it and drove about 5 miles (it was dry as well) Woke up this morning and couldn't believe the state of my car, its depressing! haha Time to get the hose pipe out and give it a rinse!

Sure it didnt rain? My car was fine yesterday then it rained in the afternoon, when it stopped my car looked like yours as did everyones in the carpark. Dirty rain FTL.
Same thing down here in Plymouth, heard reports of it happening in Bristol and wales. I think it happened to most of the UK.

On a hosepipe ban here too Came out to the car this morning and it had the same watery dust marks all over it.

Lol my car is also like yours OP so it's not personal It's been mostly over cast with the odd spell off rain every now and again...23 degrees down here ATM so a quick wash later and she should be back to the babe magnet instead of dust! Haha
Just got home from work and my car is covered in this sh*t I spent about 5 hours cleaning and waxing the car on tuesday don't know why I bother

My car lives infront of a row of trees. I washed it and whilest i was doing the inside i could see the sap forming on my windscreen. Less then 24 hours later, bird **** all over the bonnet. The frustration and pain like you are suffering is constant for me. Time to get a car cover.
Happened to me as well, damn dirty rain. Quick detailed got it off , but the next day it was back again lol
i tell you what there must be alot of industrual fall out in the air, maybe even dust from the continant, becasue since tuesday when apprently we had a change of air direction causing this hot weather my car looks like this but ten times worse, same happened last year when we had the air comming up from europe/africa

Yup, same story over here, lucky my S3 was in the garage, so no dusty rain on her paintwork, not that it's clean or anything in the first place! lol

I got the same, all tuesday washin and waxing then BOOM wednesday morning, the sahara desert took up residence on my car and im in scotland.
mines the same in stafford, i just put it down to the concrete plant over the road from where i work as the create alot of dust, perhaps not enough dust to cover the whole contry and affect u all mind. and its black so looks discusting
