Has anyone else tried to access 'My Audi' from a PC and got the 'Page not found error' It was working fine a couple of days ago but it now seems Audi have changed everything.

One of the things I used quite a lot was to find a destination on Google Maps and then send it to my A3. Worked great until I tried it today. All I got was an error message.

I think a call to Audi Customer Services is required.
 
Still seems to be giving errors, well it is on my PC & phone.

I spoke to Audi Customer Services yesterday and they apologized and send Audi Germany are still working on getting the final version of the new website up and running properly. The lady did so they have been total by Germany it should be all sorted next week. Don't hold you breath!

More than I get, no vehicles on the account any more and I cannot add the car again. Annoying as I am getting a Audi Connect about expire warning each time I start my car.

If you call up Audi Customer Services they will be able to renew/extend Audi connect. Did that for my 2018 Q5 a few weeks back.
 
On Chrome the website still seems to be 'borked' as previously stated but I got it to work on Firefox . . . however . . . I think the "destination entry via Google Maps" part is missing now. Everything else seems connected.

This could be useful as maybe you just want to access the other features on the site but it would be great if anyone could post any help on getting the Google part working again. Cheers.

Thank you for contacting Audi UK.

The Digital servicing has been removed from the myAudi account for an update; we have been advised that this could take up to eight weeks at least. We currently do not have a date of when the digital servicing will be available again, we can only ask for your patience in this matter.

I have spoken to our Audi Connect Specialist on your behalf and, they have advised that we are currently experiencing technical difficulties google maps. Our Audi Connect Support Team are working on a fix. We currently have no date for when the issue will be resolved, therefore they have recommended that you use a different email address to register for an myAudi account.

I do apologise for any inconvenience that the above may be causing.

It deleted my car from my account and wont let me re-add it... Top job Audi.

It does seem a bit of a joke... like I can just about understand the service history not being on the website as they messed up. But its unacceptable for Audi Connect features not to work, fair enough the subscription to it is free, but the cars tech packages are sold with these features so its not priority for it to work...

I guess not....

Not surprised, that is how it "normally" is. Where I work, if a release overruns by a bit all hell breaks loose, let alone if things then don't actually work...it is called rollback Audi

First it was a case of not being able to see my service history for my car. And now I can't see any details of my car at all on there! Shocking. Imagine if Audi was a bank!
 
It's been knackered for months now for 1 reason or another. I work in I.T and if this happened where I worked then there'd be hell to pay. Audi can't give a monkeys about it.

Guy in Serbia did this to his Mercedes. It says: "Mercedes is trash. On 13000km replaced starter motor and on 30000km replaced clutch. Warranty not accepted." :D

I have logged a ticket...

Saying that I have logged lots of tickeats and been fobbed off , really rubbish service really .....

I actually use this nearly on a daily basis to plan where I am working the next day !
I agree. This is the one thing I use a lot. Now it no long works.

Aye l do....very constructive...Man up and enter yer daily destinations WHILST in the car...And stop being so reliant on yer apps....technology

WHY....cant you just do it whilst in your car before you begin your journey...it is what is.....starting a Thread aint going to resolve this intermittent Glitch....and that's all it is....33rd world problem in a Goldfish bowl

I don't mean to sound rude but...

There is no man up about it ?! I don't think this post needs you sexist ignorant input into something you obviously have no use for !

I find it insulting that you suggest I rely on my technology, I am more than capable of navigating with a map, but the apps and technology mean I get to spend more time in bed and have a less stressful journey into work .

It seems that there are quite a few people who use this service and would like to discuss what is going on with it and pass on information they have found , to help others. Or just vent their frustration.

I myself set the route I want to take the following day before I go to bed on the laptop with the big screen and nice keyboard. I have the call sheet and movement order for the following day open on the same screen and can plot where and how I want to get somewhere, search for parking inside Google maps etc.
Send it to the car and it is ready to set the following morning and the car gives me 3 choices depending on traffic.

Along with the pre heating or cooling of the car I can set though the app as I have an e-tron, this means that I can leave immediately and not sit in a freezing cold or hot car entering info into a system without a proper keyboard which fundamentally means I get too spend more time in bed =)

Didn't know this stuff was capable on the 8V (not like I've ever looked at the e-tron before), I'm jealous - especially as the winter is coming!

I don't use the map stuff often so its not a deal breaker for me, but its still a joke how its not working... if i did use it everyday (I can see why you do) then would be much more frustrated!

Are you still getting your online traffic updates? I remain online but he traffic overlay is very intermittent. Very annoying. My connection is fine with LTE so it’s just a google maps/traffic issue.
 
PS for anyone missing the Service History through MyAudi It has now appeared back on the Website but does NOT appear in the App.

I had a banner come up saying i needed to call my local dealership for them to Define me as the Owner of the vehicle, assuming its all GDPR stuff and most likely the reason is disappeared in the first place.

Once the Dealer defined me as the owner then my service history showed up :icon thumright:
