My Audi A4 B8 Avant - Black Edition with a few mods

Hey Guys, sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you.

A few unanswered questions:
The Eibach Springs fitted are the Pro (Black) ones.
I bought the tyres from Oponeo which at the time were £154 each - delivery and vat included. They took about a week to come but I thought they were a bargain for a reputable make.
I think I paid around £400 for supply and fitting of the springs including alignment.

I was persuaded by Sam at Raywell to take the car out for a blast to the Yorkshire Big Breakfast meet at Specialists cars of Malton over the easter weekend. The car handled fantastically blasting up through the Moors. It was great day all round and the car got lots of compliments - which is always nice. Here is a picture I found on Octane Divisions website:

Wow! Thank you for all the kind compliments guys, overwhelmed!

The wheels are Raywell - Raywell - Specialists in Audi Alloy Wheels and Bespoke Interiors

They're called 'JRR' and are 20x9" with an offset of ET40. They're made specifically for Audi vehicles - I love them! I tried the Hyper Silver on too which looked great, but just loved the gunmetal to go with my black edition.
Tyres are 255/30/20 Toyo T1Rs.
I'm unsure of the springs as did a deal with the guys at Raywell. But think they may be Sportlines? Don't quote me though!
As for the ride it's been pretty much the same as before. But I've only been running to work and back, test comes this summer when I'm off to Morzine with the bikes again!
Again, thanks for all the kind words

So it's your car they use on their website. .good man, been enquiring on these with Raywell.

They do look ****** good though. How are they standing up to general wear and tear ?

Any chance you could fire me across a few close up photos if you get the opportunity so I can get a better look ?

One more thing, what drop did you go for because it all goes together beautifully ?

Cheers

Hi Offskee.
Thanks for the compliments :)
The wheels are standing up great to general wear and tear. I did however manage to curb one ever so slightly in an airport car park which wasn't a nice way to start my holiday! But had it repaired as soon as I got back and it's as good as new again.

Sure, i'll send you some more pictures. PM me your email address and i'll fire some across when I get the chance.

The springs are Eibach Pro (Black ones) which I believe are a 30-35mm drop.

Hope this helps!

Miss Cat - Thanks :)

Hi Ben, if possible if I PM you my email address, any chance I can get some close-up pics of the wheels?

Many Thanks, Gareth.

Sorry to bring back up an old topic, was wondering how you're getting on with these now? Have they stood the test of time? Stumbled across them on ebay and this pic has just sold me them! But obviously and expensive wheel so wanted to do some research before purchasing. Thanks

Hi Ben, I know this is a fairly old thread but can I ask what colour your Avant is. Its obviously grey but do you know the exact name for it? Thanks in advance.

SSwanny, i'm still really happy with them mate, they've certainly stood the test of time. Have had to have a couple of smart repairs on them due to some curbage but other than that they've been great.

Hi John, it's Daytona Grey, a standard S-Line colour I believe.

Hi Ben, thanks for the speedy reply. Another question..I dont suppose you are considering selling the rotors given how taken you are with your 20s. Thanks

Sorry John, just not worth me selling them. Would rather keep them in the event I might put the car back to standard when it comes to selling! Thanks though.
