Looks like they have the photos mixed up, A4 outside and A6 inside. The clock on the car in the pictures has only done 20741 miles.Advert for the car says 34K miles.
The interior pictures are of this car, which strangely doesn't have any interior pictures itself, but it has done 20741 miles.

Interior pics are of an A6 and you can see from the door shuts that it's a Daytona grey car from the looks of it. Must have mixed the images up
