Multi-Function Steering Wheel - Change Song

Hi all,
sorry to if this has been posted before.

I’ve got an Audi A5 with a multifunctional steering while. I also have the complete Audi MMI. When connected to Bluetooth I can see the tracks on the screen and the screen behind the wheel, but I can’t use the up and down rocker on the left hand side of the wheel to change song. Does anyone know if this is actually by design as when I move it it just expands the view of what’s playing but doesn’t change the song. Surly Audi wouldn’t plan it to work like that...

You can skip song by pushing the volume wheel to the left or right.
Or the skip buttons on the right side of the steering wheel.

That’s how I do it at the moment, I use the volume wheel that’s in the centre console, I have the volume adjustment on the right side of the wheel. I’ll take a photo after work

For what it's worth Tomas, I'm pretty certain you have the same steering wheel as what I have in my A3. Unfortunately you can't skip songs using it - you'll have to use the volume dial that's in the centre console to do it.

If you use the up/down rocker to choose the track you want when it is highlighted press the scroll wheel on the other side of the steering wheel to play said track.
That's how mine works,hope this helps
