mp3/cd/ changer for new shape a4

hi am looking at buying a mp3 changer for my a4,the head unit is the standard cd player oem,the original changer would fit in the glove box...will i have the wires etc already set up for connection to fitting a new one,(would need adapters to connect am guessing?)looked in the glove box and there seems to be pre marked holes am guessing for connect...is it going to be easy enough...also am wondering what to buy,dont want to spend a fortune say £100 ish for the changer and what ever else for fitting..seen a sony xplode something or other,any one guide me through..not sure if it makes a difference but the a4 is a 1.8t quattro sport ...

kinda want to buy asap...
