MOT Fail ?

Hi all.
I bumped the rear of my beloved A5 last week & broke a reverse sensor so now they do not work. Will that be an MOT fail ?

Afaik they're not a fail, as its a convenience system not detrimental to safe driving per se, just call your tester & ask if any new rules now include these.
