Hi people,
I've been having this problem since getting the car last August but now I've lowered the car it's worse!

When I go round a roundabout especially a particular cobbled one in the middle of town
I get a clonking noise from the NSF suspension!

Can anyone shed any light on what needs replacing please?

Adam

I had something similar - turned out being the antiroll bar droplinks causing it. (Failed MOT on it)

Edit - For me - The FK ones that came with the lowering Kit were sh*t quality and only lasted 18 months

drop links ! did mine last week, no more knocking & feels tight.

Right, so I've changed the drop links both sides and track rod ends as there was some play BUT I'm still getting exactly the same clonking noise!

Any ideas?

If you're only getting the noise on a tight corner in a certain direction & not travelling over bumps on the straight I'd maybe look at a front driveshaft as being the culprit?? Try driving slowly on full lock in both directions to see if it does it then :)

I have just had this and it was a slight flat on the inner edge of my alloy wheel. Wheel caught shock absorber when cornering hard right
