As per @cuke2u request (altho' I think he should have started this thread himself lol)

Big thread on DW on this topic too
https://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=178438

For me the most disappointing product of recent times was
Angelwax Cleanliness - Just didn't work me any which way I tied it
Autoglymn tyre dressing (yes the 'old' one @jassyo06 lol)
Auto Finesse Tough Coat

I'm sure there's more I can think of which I'll add as & when

I recently tried finesse quick detailer from Halfords and every time I use it the car gets covered in dust about an hour after applying. It's as though it leaves a sticky surface and attracts the dust. Not good.
Sonax bsd is 100 times better

I've got a few as well!

AngelWax cleanliness, same as BH few times I've used it even at stronger concentrations didn't seem to have much impact.

Carbon Collective Sateen tyre dressing, despite how clean you get your tyre to apply it, it doesn't go on very well and after a week the tyre looks even worse, goes a weird light brown colour round the edges..not impressed. However this could be down to teh tyres as never had issues with other CC products.

I haven't found anything that really disappoints yet, but I guess I only purchase what's recommended in here to be safe...

RainX antifog what a waste of time, made the windscreen most up instantly.

Valetpro citrus pre wash, it doesn't do anything in my eyes!

@Adam14 do you mean Bilt & Hamber auto foam? If so try it via a garden pump spray, then jet wash it off...works way better than using it as a snow foam.

No mate! Meant BH as in Bristle Hound haha! Yet to use up my other snow foams, so the Bilt Hamber stuff is still waiting to be used.

Valet Pro PH neutral snow foam.
Did not do a thing when sprayed on.
BH Autofoam is the way to go.
