Hi all,

My MMI is running quite slow and it takes ages to react when I plug my iPhone in for CarPlay.

Can anyone tell me what the latest software version is so I can request it to the dealer and check they have installed the latest one.

You'll be very lucky if you can persuade a Audi dealership to upgrade the firmware. They will only do this upon instructions from Audi base themselves.

This may not be relavant in your case (if your CarPlay does eventually start) but there are some update conditions which can make an iPhone "forget" CarPlay exists. Needs a backup, restore to factory default, than restored backup I think , but check this first as I've never had to do it myself.
