I had a problem with my 2008 A6 recently where the mpg calculator didnt work. The dealer replaced the entire dash pod in the end but in doing so upgraded it to the most recent version out of the facelifted model. This means that the center screen is now much cleaner and crisper than before and has some slightly different graphics. It looks great!
Thing is this is so nice and good quality that the main MMI screen now looks a little poor in comparison. So I am now wondering, if I managed to locate a facelifted C6 screen, would this boost the resolution to look more like the dash pod?
Also the part number would be a massive help! I know that the old one is 4F0919603A
