Hi Guys

Ok I'm new to this forum just bought a 2019 A3 Sportback S line with tech pack , got a couple of issue trying to copy CDs to the jukebox it's not giving me the option to copy, also usb stick with audio files from iTunes converted into mp3 done on a pc with Windows 10, keeps saying usb is unreadable. any advice appreciated Thanks

Usb stick And files need to be correct format. Reference your vehicles manual for all the needed compatibility data. Jukebox will not allow DRM enabled media to be copied.
