You have a lot of modules with errors there, start with 09/19/4F and see if there are errors in there relating to your issues. It looks like most of your MMI modules cannot communicate indicating a wiring fault. If any module within the MMI faults it will not start, or start and immediately turn off.

Either a dying unit or wiring issue probably, try reseating the connectors on the control head first.

The MMI Infotainment System relies on the "MOST" (Media Oriented Systems Transport) Fiber Optic "Ring" (of Light) to be "Unbroken". Essentially any Componet that has failed to receive the Light (Data) and resend the Light to the next Module in the "Ring" will result in a Black Screen. There's a Tool (I have one) that allows you to By-Pass one Component at a time by disconnecting the Fiber Optic Plug at that Componet and connecting the Tool which allows the Light (Red) to continue on to the next component in line. If you have By-passed the Failed Componet the remainder of the System will come back to Life Including the Screen (Unless the Screen is the Failed Componet?)
