i have just had an issue on the mmi where it has stopped playing media. Radio works fine but no matter what input sd/bluetooth/usb i just getting the please wait. (Tech pack) any one know a fix or had this?

Try this :-
Press the MENU button, MMI wheel button and the top right soft-button simultaneously and then release and it will reboot the system.

From time to time my Radio just stops working.... I also have to re boot! Ctrl + Alt + Delete for the MMI 
Well didnt need it. Had a message nav not finished updating with some random letters, screen went down and system went off for 2 mins popped back up and was fine? Was weird, fine now though.
