MMI DAB ... What is going on ?

I've had my A4 S Line new and it's done around 4k miles.
Since the day I got it I have never seen any radio text or "now playing" text on any of my DAB stations.
Well that was until yesterday morning and to my surprise I had radio text and whatever was playing, displayed on virtual dash and/or MMI.
Great I thought, it's fixed .
Sadly not as of this morning it's back to not displaying any text for what track is playing

Anybody any clues why this is happening and/or how to fix it ?

I have to go into a menu to switch to show text every time i start the car

Possibly the differences between earlier cars and the more recent mmi versions...

I had a problem with the DAB stations on my last car, it was under warranty & after speaking with the dealers they had it in for a ''software'' update & it was fine after that.
