MMI anti theft notification on phone

Parked the car... end of road. Few mins later got anti heft notification on MMI app on phone... didn't notice for about an hour. Went to take a quick look - was fine, car was locked. No suspicious cars in the street that I could see with anyone sitting in them etc..
Anyone had any experience of false alarms ? Kind of got me paranoid now....

For some reason cannot upload photo.. but on first screen , 'Car' , in red, scroll down.. it's under warning messages, he last pane that you can scroll to...

Just checked my app and said sunroof and drivers window open.

It was just on the driveway so nipped out and all closed and secure??

Seems a few gremlins in this app!!
