mmi 3g Bluetooth help

Hi guys/girls some help please

just buying a late 2009 2.0t s line with sat nav and i believe mmi 3g? Dealer is non audi and doesnt know much about the cars operation. When looking at the phone screen it says "phone not installed"! Does this mean that there is no bluetooth fitted to the car or no phone is paired with the car?

If it isnt fitted what are the best options of fitting a kit that will work as the factory fitted unit?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

It means it is not fitted.

The message "Search for mobile phones" would beseen if a phone kit was installed.

I can install the genuine factory bluetooth into the car for you.
