Does anyone have one? If so, can I ask a favour?
Can you plug it into a PC, press/hold the Windows key and press 'R' at the same time, then type the following into the box and hit enter: devmgmt.msc
After that, see if it's popped up anywhere, either as an "unknown device" or under the USB section, or the COM port section, maybe the audio device , sound/video/game controllers section - if you're not sure what you're looking at, unplug it and then plug it back in, you'll see it pop up somewhere.
Once you've found it, can you right-click it, go to properties and under the "details" tab, click the dropdown box and select Hardware Ids and right-click > copy the top entry and paste it one here please?
It will look something like "USB\VID_067B&PID_2303&REV_0400".
