Hello, i'm looking to change my brake calipers. I want to buy some mk5 gti / r32 calipers, but i don't know if they will fit on a B7 2.0 TDI. Have anybody tried this modification ?

How come you want mk5 gti brakes personally not sure what size they are tbh but the s4 b7 brakes are probably a better cost effective route for an all round better brake set up on a sort of budget, fronts are 345mm and rears are 300mm vented so should be a huge improvement if your looking for cheaper than big brake kit stopping power.
