Missing functions on new Audi S3

I bought a new 2021 Audi S3 in Oct
Immediately noticed that wireless
Apple Play did not work
Took it back to Dundee dealer several times to no avail
Then tried Audi IT services four times with no success
Eventually the dealer came back stating that production weeks 36 & 37 did not get the feature installed and there was no retrofit. This answer took 4 months
Dealer suggested I complain to Audi customer service
After several weeks of conversing with them they reported they could not resolve the issue and that I should return to my dealer
This is my 9th Audi and probably my last
No one wants to resolve the issue

I just came acoss this thread by chance. I know its a year ago but would be interested to now if it was resolved. I wonder if any other 2021 week 36-37 cars had the same issue? Was that model/year a cable connected Apple CarPlay or had Audi implemented the bluetooth version by then.
