Mechatronics Unit recon recommendation

Ive now removed my unit and need someone to take a look and it and see if it can be repaired

so looking for a recommendation and possible something local to s.wales ish thanks

Hi try Slaters garage in Nottingham they can replace any defective parts.

Make sure you filter the DSG oil before you put it back in or use new oil.

Hopefully it's all working fine, It may be a good idea to start a seperate area for DSG, S-tronic issues maybe in the technical forum. There is a forum for AC issues but I suspect there will be more need in the future for gearbox issues.
A sticky with recommended repairers would be good along with some prices.

charged me £300 inc vat with a lift time warranty. They diagnosed the fault with the unit so hopefully job done
