measuring blocks 15 & 16 missfire

Hi guys is there any reason why no data comes up on these blocks on my car,
all other measuring block numbers come up ok.... all the boxes are blank? does it have to missfire before the data comes up or does my car not support it?

I have the same problemwhen i tried to measure mine. Did you sort it?
