Max boost showing 9.5 > 10 Psi Normal ?

Still looking for the source of the 'hiss'' and ' phutt' noise ,
sounds like waste gate / dump valve

Using the VAC/Boost Gauge feature of the torque App ,
max vac , 2000 rpm over run - 25 > 27 inch [ assume ok ? ]

Max Boost , 2/3 max rpm , throttle open Full
shows 9 to 10 PSI .never more than 10 psi

Q- Is this normal , or should it be more like 13/14 PSI ?

I believe standard boost pressure is 11psi

Actually two options , one the boost pressure , the other , intake manifold

The BOOST is showing 12 may be 13 psi peaks , and follows the throttle position , close and instant pressure drop .
Other is inlet manifold pressure , shows 9 psi at 2/3 max rpm and full

Q should the inlet show 12 psi at max ?

Still have the hiss / cluck sounds , linked to boos pressure / throttle position
