Matrix Headlamp Problem?

Hi

My S4 right hand headlamp seems to have developed a dark band above the dipped beam when on main beam auto and wider vertical dark bands:

Has anyone else had similar problems?

Have you had windscreen replaced or a chip near sensor ?

Windscreen is original, no chips as far as I'm aware.

Still in Warranty? .. Just take it in.

I had a rear LED go in my rear Dynamic Indicators, it notified me on the Dash that there was a fault, I'd assume the fronts would do the same? .. any messages or alerts?

I've not seen any messages or alerts. Still in warranty, only 7700 miles. I'll try to get it booked in, although not easy at present due to other things.
