Map update stuck at 3%

As you can see from the picture, it's been stuck at 3% for days. What's the resolution to kick it off again?

Perhaps go into SETTINGS>System maintenance and see if you can restart it?

Yeap ideally needs a soft reset, then hopefully it will trigger a download, but I would try doing whilst static, maybe at home to maximise a full download.

I had a download fail on Friday, it successfully downloaded the update but the installation process failed at about 70%. It's going in for a software update and MOT on Monday, so hopefully the update may clear any issue.
As a side issue, does anyone use Amazon Music via the MMI? It seems the last My Audi update now makes it impossible to browse your music. I'm due to change the car next year and seriously thinking of going to Mercedes.

My euro map update is stuck at 93%. Has been for about 2 weeks now.

Maybe download the new maps via MyAudi, You will need a 32Mb memory stick and it will need to be either USB-C or you will need a USB-C to USB-A convertor (a few £ from Amazo)
