Does anyone have a part number for new bolts and studs for both mani to head and mani to turbo or know of anywhere else they can be bought.

TPS is the only place i know of, i bought studs, washers and nuts from them a couple of weeks ago, cost about 18£ off the top of my head. I'll have a look for pn's when i get home later..
