Main Beam Adjustment

I recently changed the bulbs in my dipped beam and noticed my dipped beams were out, I had a play but ended up getting a garage to do it properly. However before I took it in I noticed my main beam was now illuminating the right hand side of the road, not the middle. In light mist it appears the near side beam is to blame as the light goes off to my right. Can anyone confirm what the screws do on the light units? I am sure I was using the inner one for the height (going through the air intake) to adjust the drivers side height but as I looked just now I noticed that is behind the main beam bulb, not the dipped beam. Does one do up and down and the other left right? I'd like to know before I fiddle as I don't want to mess up the dipped beams which are fine. I did mention it to the garage who said they are like spot lights with limited adjustment. I had the same issue in my old ZS but it was sorted after an MOT.any thanks.

Take your head light out, take the cover off the back ( where you put your new main beam bulb in) you should see a metal lever - this is for left hand/right hand driving.
move the lever to the opposite of what you have now & put the headlight back in & connect back up & test.
I had to do this when I purchased a new headlight last year.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. It was fine before hand so no idea why the lever would have moved.
