Lowering Advice

I've been driving on stock 16" alloys for the past 12 months...

Need some advice on lowering after purchasing a set of genuine 18" RS4's 225/40/18, it now looks like it's on stilts!! (See Pic)

It's a 2.0 TDI SE (not sport)...

I'm not a mechanic so fitting costs would be advantageous too!

Want to do it for the cheapest possible really. This is something I foolishly had not considered!

I have no idea what costs are involved, £200?
 
A set of Eibach or H&R lowering springs will set you back about £150, then there's fitting and alignment so may push over your budget, but not by much
 
I have a 2.0 TDI SE and thew same problem the se seems to me to be higher than all the other a3 suspension, i guess its a comfort thing!!

Anywhoo, like Ash says DPM will sort you out with a set of spring im sure they are under 140 + delivery but fitting is normally an extra 100 at the local (criminal i know!!) apparently its not that easy a job.
