Lost service book :(

Hi all,

Pretty annoyed at this as im generally careful with all things car, but as title says, I have lost me service book. car is a 2012 A4 Avant.

I havent called Audi as yet, but is it likely they will be able to provide servicing details? The most recent one was done at a specialist, so i'm not sure whether this will have been uploaded, or whatever they do with it.

I would imagine I will take a hit when I come to sell the car. Thoughts?

Audi will do you a print out of the history then just get an invoice for the one done at the Audi specialist.
Newer Audi's don't have a paper service book anymore. It's all electronic now

Thank you. Yes, he did say that 2013 onwards don't have a service book.

I will ring him regarding the most recent. Cheers.

I had same issue ordered Audi service book sent it to Audi Leeds stamped it for me sent it back had to get last service (none Audi) stamped again.
My cars a 2012 b8.5

I think that what you did in the service, should be downloaded to the journal. At the expense of the repair to a specialist - not sure, maybe the question you need to ask him, maybe he's taking his base. In the future, I recommend you to keep a parallel online event log on your smartphone. I use the driveroo app for this . At any moment, the whole history of my service is in my hand.
