Lost all sound

Hi all,

Seem to have lost all sound on my A4. The radio and iPhone shows it is working, however no volume coming out. I have the B&O upgrade and was wondering whether an MMI reset would work? Anyone know the sequence to reset? Failing that, maybe it is the B&O amp that has failed..

Had the same problem last year with my B&O. Booked it in to the dealer who fixed it with a software upgrade.
