List of registered VCDS users

I read somewhere on the site that a list has been compiled of all the legitimate VCDS users within the UK who can legitimately diagnose your car using the correct interface.
After hours of searching, I cannot find this list/map anywhere online or on this site???
Can someone please send me the correct link to this map/list.
I am based in West Mids area.
