I purchased an Audi S4 Avant from an independent dealer last year. It since developed a fault on the S-Tronic gearbox that upon investigation has been an ongoing fault for a while (The previous owner confirmed this).
The car was recovered by Audi as I purchased an extended warranty. However Audi are now saying that they will not fix the geabox under warranty due to some small technicality. The independent dealer is also doing nothing to help. It is a bill of around £8000 which I simply do not wish to pay having already paid the warranty excess and yearly fee.
Can anyone help?
