So do you just undo the 1 led lighting that strip up and then change it? i have that in my car, i can turn it on and off.

yeh just pop the silver trim off starting at the back then pry the clear lense bar out, the led is in the end

mine are so dim they may as well not be on!

I recently got an audi a6 c6 2010 and have upgraded all the lights to led but need help with the led footwell and door lighting strips

My questions are

Is the person still on here selling the upgraded led circuit boards?

And also when upgrading the 3mm 3v led in the door strips do you need to beef up the wiring to cope with a 12v led?

Hi. I replied to the PM in regards to the footwell lights.

wont be able to help on the strips, as I have not messed around with them don't want to give you an assumption on what you would need to do.

I really like what you done to the door ambient lights


How did you by pass the resistors to get the full 12v??


Are they hidden in the door itself as all I can see when I take apart the connection is the one 3v led


Any help would be much appreciated
